Fourth Day Newcomer

Hello all, I’m into my fourth day of escape (after 15 years of smoking) after reading Allen Carr.

All seems very easy at the moment – hoping I was just ‘ready’ to stop and am not heading for a fall...

nice one for for deciding to quit. its the single biggest and best decision you will ever make. I too read the Allen Carr book and i can tell you it is big help to consolidate your thinking. For me, i kind of thought along those lines beforehand but it helped to have them reinforced.

Take is easy my friend, one day at a time or even one hour at a time if that helps. Key thing it to not put pressure on yourself and dont look too far in to the future.
