Feel like such a moan, writing on here yesterday and now today. But oh well! I'm finding today tough, and even though I'm keeping myself busy all I can think about is having a smoke and a cup of tea. My vice!
Anyhoo, question: can I use the inhalator with patches? I'm on the strongest patches, so I really don't know. I just get the feeling that if I had something to mimic smoking I wouldn't feel so crappy. Should I give it a go? Can't get an appointment to see the Doctor until next week, and I fear that if I leave it that long then I'll just say 'stuff it' over the weekend and give up on the give up.

Hi Tweetypie.Im so sorry to hear you are really going through it.Have you tried sleeping? I found it helped me through the first days. When it all got too much Id go to bed and when Id wake up the cravings and sense of loss would be less.I slept 16 hours a day for 3days!and didnt so******e and didnt go out either. As you are on patches your body has a constant supply of nicotine have you thought of gum or nicquitin mini tabs instead? Then your body would crave nicotine like when you were smoking and then at those times you could have gum or a tab AND do the biro thing.Maybe it would fool your body enough for you to get control over its addiction? Best of luck Tweets x
