Super chuffed that I've broken 3 weeks, 21 days and i'm heading with gusto toward the month marker..
Theres been lots of advertising regarding the Stoptober campaign, if you've stopped for a month then your 5 times more likely to stay quit (i think i have that right?) I like that!
