I'm really looking forward to day 21 though and having quit for 3 whole weeks. I'm finding that looking forward to the next milestone keeps me going sometimes... only another 3 days... 2 days... hurrah made it.
The little goals seem more achieveable so thats the way i'm playing this game.
I'm still very tierd and going to bed ridiculously early and waking up shattered after zany dreams that get madder and madder/ still its all clearing out and shipping out. My nicotine monster snoozes a lot more than he used to. (i visualise him as a sleeping dragon that hits me with his spiny tail and breaths fire by way of craving to get my attention, like a naughty toddler, he is to be ignored!)
I'm still sniffing the lack of smell on my fingers and have got a strange habit of smelling things... like.. mmm banana.... sniff.... mmmm pencil sniiiff... other than the fact that i think i'm turning into a bloodhound with this incessant scent following due to the enhanced aromas of things, i think i'm doing well.
Ahh and i ramble a lot more now to.... waffle waffle waffle!
Hope everyone is doing wonderfully well
Love xx
