The last quitter ...

I put up a post yesterday asking the nine other members of the group Kwitta's Kwit Krew to chime in, because I hadn't heard from any of them in a long time. No one responded.

Tonight I did some research, looking at each of their profiles on this website. One of the things you can learn is when their last post was.

I learned that it is almost certain that I am the last quitter standing from this group. We all quit on March 14, 2012. I'm the only one left.

Some only lasted a few days, some a few weeks. A couple lasted several months (or at least posted a few months after we quit).

But it would appear that none of them made it this far, except me. One member of the group, Capitan, was a group member even though he had quit well before then. But even he has been silent for almost a month, so I don't know his situation. Perhaps he's still successful. But I fear the others have all left the site, and have probably started smoking again.

It feels really strange being the only March 14 quitter still thriving on the quit. If there is anyone else out there who quit on that date, please let me know - even if it's a private message because perhaps you don't like posting on threads.

I feel like I'm in one of those science fiction movies where I'm the last person on earth. It's weird.

But I'm happy to say I'm still not smoking.

Very true Kari i know afew like that for some people once they have got through the intial stage of quitting dont come on here anymore because they dont want to be reminded they once smoked as coming on here is there only reminder to smoking

which in one way is good really if everyone who joined this site continued to post every day you would never have a life outside this forum

Im a march quitter(2nd) not sure how many hares are left anymore i dont post here as often as new other half and life just for little more busy but im still none smoker coming up for 7 months

It's true about absence, I quit in Jan and was on the board almost every night and without doing that I may never have got this far, I've called in tonight after 3 or 4 months away as whats already stated about getting the platform and disappearing, I just posted in my group and there's been one post in 2 months so I be calling in and out more frequently, GOOD LUCK AND AND STAY STRONG :)..I MEAN IT LOL

I stopped posting coz I was getting dragged down (pardon the pun) by people posting advice with a fag hanging out their mouth. Happily 6 months plus and congrats to the other March quitters who are still quit x
