Hi everyone, just checking in to put my flag in thr ground on day 7. At 10pm tonight it'll be 1 week since last cig. Unreal really.

So far so good and feeing really strong, happy and proud.

Can't tell you how good I am feeling about this at the moment. I get the odd moment where I "forget" I don't smoke but it passes quickly.

Its hard to articulate but I feel different this time. More "sure" If you know what I mean, more comfortable, more confident.

I have no reason to think things will change but for now I am keeping my guard firmly up.

My teeth are aching less and ulcers clearing up. I can breathe normally and I don't smell!!

Happy days indeed.
