this week as had more downs than ups but the weekend is here and im going out going to paint the town red this quiting smoking has took far to much of my time i told myself today im a none smoker now what you waiting for go have fun so hope you all have a fantastic weekend stay strong and good luck :)

hi becky thanks its just the best thing ever i remembered something today i always dreamed i would love to not be smoking when i reached 40 and the dream is real i know i have to stay alert and not let the demon win but going out the weekend with some fantastic none smoking friends so should be fine :D
