so angry

today im so dam angry with myself and dont know why feel like screaming but for what reason i dont know think im going off for a walk clear my head is it my quit or just me :mad::mad:

I reckon its just a down period casued by the quit. Recognise it for what it is and kick its head in.

You are doing really well, perhaps buy a punchbag with what you have saved?

Hope you feel better soon. A good walk might be just the thing to get rid of the adrenalin and angry feelings.

I'm normally a very easy going laid back person, but so far this month there have been several people I could have cheerfully thumped. Normally I would make allowances for them and sort stuff myself, then get angry with myself cos I wasn't assertive enough with them . This month I have told them exactly how they have pissed me off....and they don't like it obviously and think I am being an awkward sod. So I am more angry with other people who I feel have taken a lend of me, then I get angry with myself for not dealing with it better. I'm sure it's down to my quit....

Wot Magic said Clare. During my last quit two years ago, I had a couple of feeling down periods. Mine were more lethargy and sadness rather than anger but I guess it affects different people different ways. It doesn't last forever so just steel yourself against it and you'll be fine :).

BTW your thread title scared me :eek:. I thought you'd blown your quit!! So glad you haven't :).

thank you just come back the walk has helped loads going to give myself a break its ok to feel this way sometimes we all need a good rant and may be a cry will dust myself down and carry on thanks again your kind words mean so much
