Well I am now at the end of day nine and still no ciggies... It has been really tough the last couple of days which took me by surprise as the first week went sooo well.
I hope tomorrow is better, gonna keep at it, it's got to get easier soon

Hi Karen,
I'm finding it harder today than the first week, i think its because we all feel like we should be over it by now and actually it takes a while for everything to readjust, it will get better, i've done this before and it definately gets much better soon. hang in there.... your a winner... its time to keep on winning!
