Month 1?

Hey guys, Just curious as to what way you class month 1? I am halfway trhough day 29 and not sure whether to class this as one month or whether I need to wait another day or 2. What way did you all do it?

I divide my days by 7, so I suppose I'll end up with 13 months

Each day is important to me and I was pretty poked with my counsellor when she suggested "we" put my start stopping date as 1st August cos it was easier to remember than 30 July!!! I said," No thanks, I'll keep it at 30th July which is what it is. I won't have a problem remembering it, and you don't have to remember it."

Then I felt pretty childish about it later

Do what you want Mark. There can't be any rules. Does it really matter?

You have gone for 29 days without a cig, thats amazing and all that counts.

Mark Hi, I'm viewing it as a month - so we've made it to month 1 - good on yer and lets keep this going. Week 4 was definately been better for me. Very gradually thinking less & less about it. Just tell myself every morning that I'm not going to smoke today.

You're in the 1 month room as I read it, basically days 22-30 ish. On the 14th you will move to the plush surroundings of Month 2 :cool:
