Day 7.
If anyone any where had told me I would be stopped smoking for a week they would have been deluded. It feels a real milestone but also a heads-up to be on guard for complacency - particularly when I'm bored. So, day off today and cut back the Rowan in the garden - never knew they smell of Marzipan, wife could smell it too so it must be real!
