It's because you're a world class runner like me Shelly, us athletes have to put up with such stuff; Mo Farah says this happened to him in training, perfectly normal. Or something

I dont suppose many of you were aware that I am running a post of the month competition. This one wins it! Hands down! Classic :D

As an aside......I understand what you two 'athletes' are going through.....born, as I was, for the cycling.....and the veledrome. Its hard work but some of us just have to do it :)

It's a calling, a gift, a talent that so few have, Dippy. I heard that Victoria Pendleton retired after the Olympics rather than face the challenge of the up-and-coming Team Dippy Egg.

It's all just been hidden under layers of fag-induced apathy. Now it can rise, like a phoenix from the ashes, literally. I think Farah pointed this out in his autobiography, although I may have added the bit about kebab & chips straight after a 3 mile run myself. Which is precisely what I did on Friday just gone  Still he didn't have to deal with squirrels like me and Shelly have had to......
