Hey welcome! Well done on the first 24 hours, jogging gets easier the longer you go smokefree of course....

I think it's fair to say that the withdrawal symptoms vary from person to person...personally I had a very rough two weeks, then a good week, then a rough fourth week then it's been very calm since then, very pleasant indeed. There's no telling how it will go for you, people on here have had it easier than that.

However it goes, use this forum and stick with the quit, it's worth it! :)

Hi well done on 2 days

Like angry bear says it's different for everyone. For me it took a long time. About 3 month. I'm only just starting to feel the benifits and there great. I also took up running too. Wud never have done It if I was smoking as I cudnt breath after walking stairs.

Day 7 for me. I've used this forum as a journal of sorts and looking at my day 2 compared to today there is already a vast difference. Up and down obviously and the anger has been a real problem at times but it's all worth it so far.

Most important thing I've learned so far? Keep it in the day and don't think about the future.

Well done York, great stuff. And I can relate to the anger, I didn't pick my use name out of a hat, I was constantly livid when I registered on here on day 3. As you've heard a million times, IT DOES GET BETTER :)
