As a new member I don;t mean to flood the forum but today was my 10th day cold turkey and I'm happy to say, although it obviously isn't easy, I'm growing more confident with my quit every day
Went for an after work pint with my business partner again today, although I only had coke, surrounding smokers (for the first time) didn't make me want to smoke.
Breathing is getting so much easier and tonight I inquired at a local boxing club with a view to getting fighting fit (literally)
Anyway, thanks y'all for the replies, this forum was such a good find!
All best
Tom

I would sometimes worry that I was posting too much but the replies I got are what I now say to you.
You can never post too much. We are a community here to help each other. The only way we can do that is if we communicate and the method of communication we use is posting on the forum.
Feel free to post anything at all, there really is no such thing as a stupid question on this forum. And congratulations on how far you have come. No doubt you are in it for the long haul and will be offering newbies valuable advice in times to come.
