I am feeling pretty good today. So chuffed to say I have not smoked in a whole week. Woop Woop!!!! I honestly didn't think it was possible. And to top off this milestone, my husband has decided to stop the filthy habit too. I can't tell you what a relief that is. I no longer have to watch someone I love killing themselves.
All in all I am a very happy bunny
Big smiley face :D

I have definately had some dodgy moments but over all it's not too bad. I read a book called the "Easyway to stop smoking" before I stopped which, I feel, put me in the right frame of mind to stop. All my other attempts have not lasted more than a week but I felt completely different at the start of this attempt. I think that's why I have found it easier this time.

Well done! Keep it going. Good news about the hubby too makes it so much easier I think.
