Felt much better today.. Even tho I'm tired after spending 7hrs in a boiling office.. I did give in to the sleeping tablet tho.. I really didn't want to but didn't want to feel like rubbish today.. Still feel a bit crappy more now I'm at home and not working..

Thanks to everyone that help me out with nice your nice word.. I do think I'm still getting symptoms of cuming of the patch.

Thanks haze. I'm glad for the people on here as I would be going though it on me own.. And most probley be back to smoking again. As like I said before iv gave up twice b4 one for a year and last one was for 3 month last year. A new year thing I didn't stick too.. Both them times were so easy but I basicly when CT just a few NRT chewing gums for the first few weeks. With me not sticking the quit last time that's when I thort patches and seeing the nurse will help.. so I'm thinking it's gotta be the NRT that made me bad this time and now I'm off it it's like iv quit twice.. So I wish I did CT from the off or stuck to my other quit. And I also think maybe it's hard this time so I stay quit as I don't want go thru this again..
