I am feeling much better than I did yesterday. Had a few wobbles but kept my resolve. Today I decided to test my improved lung capacity with a run. I managed to run for 5 minutes longer than normal! Woo hoo! I am excited to see what the coming weeks, months and years bring.

Hope everyone is feeling good too.:D

Happy bunny:D

You are so right Leeroy, I have so much more energy. My kids definately appreciate it too as we've done all sorts of active things today. Things can only get better too. So exciting. :D:D

Good stuff all you fitness fanatics! I'm using me extra energy in the pub on way home from new job. Smiling sympathetically at those who keep having to rush outside for a smoke. Not me. Oh No!
