Somehow, 131 smoke free days never gets recognition. It's just another day, I suppose.
But, given that 131 smoke free days is what I've achieved (as of today), I thought I'd give a little shout out to a fantastic day - Day 131.
Truth is, every smoke free day deserves a shout out!
So celebrate where you are right now - and where you'll be soon, and how far you've come from where you were.
And if you're on Day 131, or Day 1, or Day 3, or Day 31, or any other smoke free day, raise your hands high and celebrate! You've come a long way, baby!
