Last night.. Had a few puffs.. Did t even no why I did it as I didn't even want one.. Think is because everyone how I gave up with are now smoking again.. And I felt cheated cuz they all bin lying to me saying how well or that there findi g it hard.. When I call them up.. But they bin smoking for weeks now...
Well anyway after that few puffs.. Witch that tasted vile.. Gave me a mouth ulcer.. And turned my stomach.. I can safely say I never want to go back to smoking.. So I
Not gonba beat my self up over what I did.. Cuz itsade me realise that I'm missing out on anything at all..

Do you want a quit partner? Would that help you, because although I am 30 days today (!) I don't have one, and have had wavering thoughts myself these last few days, as I have been posting! Or are you OK now?

Stick with it hun.. I don't even no why I had them puffs wasn't even like I was pegging for a fag... It was vile
