So here we go again! I would like to thank everyone for their support yesterday in the Day 2 forums, I was feeling very unhappy & down but managed to pull myself together with your supoort & now..... 3 days 12 hours 22 minutes smoke free!! I am quite an active person, go to the gym 4-5 days a week & go to my local Judo club once a week which was increasingly getting very difficult & frustrating due to my smoking. I did a Judo class last night & cannot believe the difference even after 2/3 days. Now I have to get through today, I have already had the demon trying to tell me 'you did well last night, treat yourself with a smoke' to which I am answering ' I will treat myself, by not smoking because I am a non smoker!'
Morning All - Day 3: So here we go again! I... - No Smoking Day

Thanks Carol. The morning has dragged!! & this is the time of day it starts getting difficult for me. Feel like i'm in no mans land. I'll be fine at around 4.30pm as I get to leave the office & even when I was smoking, it was never a lot at home. Oh well, another green tea it is then!
Well done Leeroy, keep it going it will be so beneficial to you being so sporty! You will be performing much better I am sure.
Well i'm glad to say I have made it to the end of the working day smoke free! Word is getting out that I have quit & I am getting those usual looks from smokers, you know, the ones who would rather die than give you one of their ciggies normally are now being more friendly 'We going for a fag, you coming? You can have one of mine since you haven't got any with you!' Well they are wasting their time, I am a NON smoker! Looking forward to day 4! bring it on!
Good for you! The smokers really get envious of people who quit it makes them feel very insecure and they will do anything to drag you back in the pit! Bloody well done!

Ha ha....I love this post. I am finding that at work too. Lots of people coming up and asking if i want to go our for a smoke. They woudnt normally do this? Are they jealous of my decision and want to tempt me back in?
Intersting isnt it?
Cheers leeroy.
