After a few false starts, I have completed one month of not smoking. I'm now in month 2 and feel confident enough in myself to post in here knowing tomorrow I'm not going to say I messed up (again). Its been really good to read how well people are doing that I was 'following' from my previous quit I hope everyone keeps up the good work.

Well done to you for not giving up giving up. Glad you are feeling good about it too. Excellent! Is this the longest you have quit for? If so give your self a pat on the back. I think people like you are brilliant people who do not give up.
Thankyou, Carol and Haze!
I quit a while back for 3+months but had a lot of things happen around the time and used it as my excuse to start smoking again! (as you do :D) so once I get past that stage I will be really happy!
x
im sure it will help Maddie
the fact you have reached this stage before will tell you that you can do it try not to dwell on past quits they are in the past
you just have to be on your guard as we all do for that smoking head kicking in telling you that
one wont hurt
when your going through a rough/stressful/upsetting time
that it will help you
where infact it wont
it will just lead you back into smoking a poisonous addictive smelly expensive white stick that has all the control
onwards and upwards is the way to go
