everyone keeps telling me they dont think i'll do it.. my boss always says she doesnt think i'm ready (just because i said i didnt want to pay £40 for an electronic cigerette incase i start smoking again :/) and everyone at work just laughs when i tell them
Seems that yet again i'm the only person who believes in myself!

Good for you strawberry. I have lots of people who doubt me in the real world. Hardly surprising though as I have failed so many times
I know how you feel. Sometimes I contemplated giving up giving up... it just never seemed to stick more than a day or two. I'm now over three weeks and counting. Anything is possible! Granted, I'm getting this far with some medicinal help but I would never have thought I'd get past day 3.
One thing to remember, as far as I see it anyway, is that anytime you feel like slipping, hit these forums for inspiration and advice. It works.
As for negative comments, ignore them. In my experience, the negative comments usually come from people who are happy smokers (let them be the ones to smell bad, waste their money and risk their health). Most non-smokers seem to be very supportive, find some non-smoking friends for moral support, I know I needed it.
