Omg!!: The weather in Liverpool is fabby... - No Smoking Day
Omg!!
Hello Liverpool xxx
I'm feeling the same Hun
Have been reading loads and think its to do with triggers we haven't come across as no smokers. The weathers been crap until this week so this is the first time enjoying the outdoors without smoking. I sat outside the local pub earlier and found it really difficult so came home:confused:
Tomorrow is another day - keep strong - onwards and upwards xxx
it is - what magwills says - exactly that. All my lot of Jan quitters went through the same thing last year when the warm weather started. It's just some fresh triggers that you hadn't experienced since quitting. Power through them, they'll lose their power just like the others did.
Keep going, enjoy the sun without sucking down a load of poisonous crap, don't spoil that lovely fresh air, you can do it!!

Scouse you are not allowed to smoke. You are too strong.
Ahhh I know you won't, your doing too well to give in to the little fecker ha ha.
You better be a good girl, I am coming your way tomorrow morning and will be able to smell if you have had one.
I hope the weather holds though for the couple of days we are having in your home town. Be good.
Joan xxxx
Morning all xx jeez last night was* one o those nights * , i think the warm night started a trigger off were ya think , mmm cud just sit out in me garden ..... and ava smoke !!! arghhhhhhhhhh , twas orrible !!! the thawt i mean .. lol... i didnt give in tho , i did cry tho , like a friggin baby hehe, i have had 3 of these major craves now since i stopped, and each one was a big barsteward  but i got thru it ... safely.. The weather is holding out Mrs Law sooo u will have a ball xxx
See, and next time it happens, you can look back on yesterday's humungous crave and think, well I got through that and I came out stronger, I can get through this, no problem!
And as you go on, those bad moments get fewer and farther between, and much easier to get past, I promise you.
But if you get hit by a wave of craving and give in, then you're right back where you started, and wouldn't that just be unthinkable after everything youv'e gone through?
Keep on keeping on, and be proud of yourself. Your'e doing great!

Must say we went to the Trafford centre last night just to get bits for liverpool trip. The Sun was shining, people sat outside in cafes with a glass of wine and a cig, I did feel slightly jealous, but I tried not to linger to long on my thoughts.
It is bound to hit us now and again, after all we are only human.
Love Joan
