I've completed two calendar months

The first month went really fast Alex but the second one was a drag and very hard work.

My quit is going reasonable ok so far apart from the weight gain. My food intake

is simply out of control. I really need to start thinking about doing something about it before i pop.

Not just yet though as i'm going to stuff my face at one of those eat as much as you like Chinese buffets this Thursday. I'm going to mow through the food
