Well day 4 and still quit and its going really well for me this time no cravings either thought I would have found it hard at work when everyone else goes for a smoke but I don't so I'm quit pleased so far so good hopefully it continues this way

Good for you Vixen,

I find it quite liberating that I don't have to go outside and stand in the wind and rain just to poison myself anymore at work lol. I don't miss that side of it at all or anything else come to think of it :D

Keep up the good work, you are well on your way to having that first week under your belt.
