Well back again after staying of them for 5 weeks then started again , so haven't been very well ended up in hospital with a lung and chest infection which developed into plurisy , so think my lungs have had enough now or its trying to tell me something so staying of them for good this time .

Hi Vixen, Bet that shook you up a bit, i've quit for 2 months & have been getting cravings for the last 2 days - after reading your post it's made me realise I need to stick to this & never smoke again.

Hi. Vixen, let us hope this is your final quit. I think our bodies tell us when they are not happy and you have listened to yours so well done for that. 5 weeks is a good quit you can do it again just take it, as they say, one day at a time one hour at a time. You will get plenty of support on here that is for sure, Good luck!

Your doing great , you would think the cravings would have gone by now , just need to stay strong and beat them , iv not had any just now maybe its cause I can t breathe just now so I'm not thinking about them , stay strong u can do it or take up knitting lol

Hey sorry to hear you're having chest problems, just think about how everyday you dont smoke is repairing the damage :) keep at it! xx
