I saw the nurse yesterday and have to pick up a prescription tomorrow,for patches and nicotine nasal spray.

I plan to start my quit on Friday morning fingers crossed. I was wondering if anyone else on here as used the nasal spray, and did it help them??

Hi Kitchy i can't help you with the nasal spray option but if you cannot get on with it can i recommend Snus instead ?

the nasal spray kicks like a mule. makes your eyes water too. i used it for some weks before i quit as a kind of transition. it always kept me thinking that it was ok but a cigarette was better and eventually id have one , good for cutting down tho.

I picked up the patches and nasal spray today..

going to spend tomorrow (Thursday) getting my self in in the right mood for my quit... Friday is going to be my first day of my new life as an ex smoker.. Wish me luck
