Hi all i'm back again

I saw the nurse yesterday and have to pick up a prescription tomorrow,for patches and nicotine nasal spray.

I plan to start my quit on Friday morning fingers crossed. I was wondering if anyone else on here as used the nasal spray, and did it help them??

Hi Kitchy, well done in going back on your quit.

I was given the nasal spray and the patches, but I must admit I did not try the spay. I know people that have and think it's great.

Give it a go and see how you feel with it, when the nurse gave it to me she said it was a bit tricky to use at first.
