Hi time, well I am nearing my 6 week quit and have been going on long walks with the dog whom I usually leave to my husband to walk. I just shows

how unfit I am my legs ache like billy oh and just want to curl up on the sofa.

I am trying to convince myself that all this walking is doing me good.

So your not alone with your aches and pains.

Well done with your quit.

I accidentally, almost, nearly, but not quite, jogged in week 1. It was just excitement though. I managed to stop myself :)

Well done Tim. Hopefully the aches and pains will ease soon.

I love us non-smokers. You just never know what we'll get up to next. So much more fun (aches and pains and all) than sitting around puffing away.
