Captains log .. Day 7

Day 7 today and still going strong !

I thought it would get easier after day 3 but days 4 and 5 were even tougher ..

Yesterday was the first day I didn't think of fags all day and felt so much easier. I'm being extra carefull with the food im eating to 'fill the hole' and I've acually lost a couple of pounds

Onwards and upwards ..

Sadly the ups and downs of quitting in the early days are just that - ups and downs. No worries tho' cos there are many positives to appreciate along the way.
