Yes now into day 5.

At work today covering for somebody else.

Felt like a fag earlier but soon put paid to that. Not going to be a slave to that monster. Wasn't a craving as such just a force of habit.

Onwards and upwards I go.

Been able to smell a really nice smell all day. Just found out what it is.

It's me smelling all nice and clean without that nasty stale smoke smell.
