Hi all

just a quickie to check in....so...day 130....well done people..still going strong and still loving the no smoking feeling...........hubby has succumbed but he will get back on the wagon I am sure!

Raging sore throat for last 2 days so off to the doctor today to find out what it is!!! Has got to the point where my throat has pretty much closed up! Keeps me quiet anyway!!:eek:

Well done for all us quitters for getting this far!!!
