Haha, thanks John and when I make it to the penthouse the beers will certainly be on me, I would of saved close to 2k by then.

Nice one! I noticed that "our 8 month anniversary" went by this week!!
Next up is 250 days on Wednesday! That penthouse is looking much closer now!
