Going well, so far. OH asked me did i need any smokies... just said no thank you, im fine. These minis are amazing... only had 1 so far today, had 3 yesterday.

OH is quitting with me, hes going cold turkey.

Its not been to bad today, the urge as been there, buts its managable.

I even managed to talk OH out of buying smokies. So I want to definitely stay stronge for him as well as myself.

So its not been to bad of a day. Told OH that I'm not smoking today, just taking it a day at a time.

PS. Little bit concerned if people can get addicted to nicorette mimis? I've only had 3 so far today. Hoping to keep it to three or four this week, then cut them down. What do you think?
