Hey, i had a little lapse. I have had a ciggerette. In my head though im thinking 'right you can either make this a lapse...or a relapse up to you' so i think im going to carry on how i was and not carry on smoking.
has this happened to anyone also? because i really didnt enjoy it. it made no difference to me what so ever. i have been using NRT so it shouldnt hinder my progress to much, chemically, but im aware psychologically next few days will be hard again. and im not counting day 1 again lol im on day 9 god dammit!!
for god sake! silly me

Oh dear! Never mind put it behind you and carry on. Remember what it was that made you have that cig and be prepared next time you feel like that again. Onwards and upwards. Dont forget as I said you have made a fantastic life decision to give up smoking. Dont give up giving up.
It happens to a lot of people, so no surprise there. The best thing to do - which it seems you already have - is to pick up right where you left off.
Good luck!
One cig isn't the end of the world and you obviously want to quit the smokes cos you are trying so hard!! So put the blip, slip or whatever you want to call it behind you and carry on. And don't go back to day 1 cos that will mess with your head too much believe me I know
haha yeah i cant call it day one again or ill have to strangle the cat!! i have been abit naughty last couple of day. i had one today as well. you do get inot a habbit of one a day it seems hmmm.
but yes onwards n upwards, i dont want to go back to 15 a day!! no way the thought makes me sick!
i have my cold turkey date, which is my jaw operation in 2 months, so i guess the spray and an occasional fag till then isnt the end of the world, the only reason we use nrt is to beat the psychological addiction first anyways, and that is going great!
