The first day went smoothly

I kept myself very busy yesterday which helped. I used a relaxation download at bedtime and slept really well. I have had problems with sleep in past quits.

My personal training session is this morning. I am looking forward to when I can notice the improvement in my breathing when training. I need to work off the Kitkat I just devoured.
