Evening all,
What an incredibly hard 9 days it's been, I feel so empty and different without smoking... but then again I guess that's just my body adjusting to being nicotine free.
Still feeling rather depressed aswell, how long before it's worth checking up with the GP to see if there's any underlying depression that's been hidden by the ciggies over the years?
Hope everyone else's quit is going
