Going well at the moment, nearly finished reading Alan Carrs book, the main change at the moment is that I am waking up at 4:30 am (normally 6:30) and cant get back to sleep,
Still on the 10mg patches, after day 14 am going to gradually start cutting them up between day 14 to 18
I have a work party to go to on Firday night so got to be strong for that,

Sleep issues are normal in the early days but they do balance out eventually.
As for the night out, start thinking of exit strategies or contingency plans if temptation crops up. It would be a shame to throw away this hard work for the sake of one evenings indulgence.
