I have made it into my 4th week of my quit and I feel amazing!
I'm sleeping so much better, I can walk the dog further (she doesn't enjoy that bit!) and I might actually put on some weight (been too thin for far too long!)
I even managed to have a few drinks in the pub without even wanting to go out for a fag - and that was with smokers!
For anyone who thinks they can't do it - YOU CAN!
