Hi Folks,

Thought I'd check in it's three months today since I said ta ra to the evil nico-devil. Feeling good and enjoying every minute.. still have odd crave , particularly after a few glasses of wine, but staying strong. Hope everyone else is doing well. Here's to the six month mark.

Coming off nrt

Well done I will be joining you next week , how wre you feeling by now have you used any nrt I have been on patches started on the middle strength and am on the lowest now. I feel a bit apprehensive about using nothing at all but it's got to be done or I'll be hooked for ever. Take care xxx
