Smoking dreams!

Ok my peeps! Its like 1 time a week now..I am having a

dream of smoking...I think OMG! I have smoked! Then I see

I was just dreaming this...Phewwww! LOL!

Anybody else like me???

LOL! I know huh? Last nite, I walked by someone who was

smoking...ahhhh the smoke...for a second I remembered smoking! LOL!

DAY 100 tomorrow! I aint gonna mess this up! LOL!

I have had loads of dreams about smoking, I always wake up relieved that it was just a dream. Just shows how deeprooted the addiction is.

I have definately dreamt more on the quit, and the odd smoking one a real stress, but great relief when you wake up

Hi - yes off the devils for 5 weeks now and so the insidiuous Mr Nick-O-Teen things he'll try creeping into my sub-conscious in another way .... via dreaming. Last night I dreamt I was having a cigarette in a non-smokers house and I heard him come through the door and pushed the cigarette in a saucer of water holding a plant. It gets worse! Then realising that I had nowhere to put the butt I put it in my mouth and ate it! How absolutely horrendous is that!!!! I have had 2 dreams this week (can't remember the other one now) and like many others have said on here I wake up believing that I've started again! What a trickster he is!

Then as you make it back to consciousness you thank God that you haven't started the vileness again! Moreover that you haven't actually been eating the butts of cigarettes hahahaha! I hardly even think about cigarettes now. Except when I walk passed someone and they smell of stale smoke. Euggghh! And to think I was one that person .......... bye Nick-o-Teen you old devil - you gotta get up way earlier than that to catch this baby out!!!

Today is DAY 100!

WOW! I am so grateful! I thought of a smoke last nite...I had a

stressful group meeting...and the thought ran thru my mind...but I said

heck nooooo...I am gonna see DAY 100! SMOKE free! Yeahhh!

Tomorrow I know of someone who will have quit 30 days...I told them I

would bring in a Pizza for bingo and we will celebrate his 30 days free!

Ok gang...we keep on going!

yes very normal to dream of smoking i have had lots of them especially in the first 6 months i would say and more occasional after that i always found i woke up with very strong emotions shock that i had smoked relief that i hadnt really and annoyed that the thoughts had crept into my dreams dont worry it gets better and less frequent as time goes by
