So finally made it to another day 2 in my many quits. though reaching day two normally means i make it through day 3 and day 4 is where my weak point sets in and i usualy cave in....
I say everytime this time is the one! because it does seem to get easier each time, i think smokers learn how this adicction stuff really works during trial and error quit attempts.
Though i have started on step 2 patches, and have my quick mist to hand. i plan to spend 10 days on patches to get the routine on its way, then just use the quick mist and hopefully just faze it out within a few months. and this is what i have learned is best so far!
