Day 4 done and I get to move into a new room - yippee!

I haven't had any real craves since I restarted my quit, also haven't been upset or stressed so perhaps this is the key for me. Really lethargic though but this may be I haven't been drinking as much coffee as usual.

I go back to work tomorrow after a weeks break so it will be interesting to see what this will bring. No more pampering for me

Your doing great hun, I feel a little bit spaced myself, but I think it's due to quitting, or maybe it's this glass of red wine I am sipping at.
