Just checking in on day 8

Hi all, just checking in to say hi on day 8.

Still going fine as yet, no really bad craves, I keep waiting for them, which is silly I know but I have never had a quit like this before, I am not really bad tempered which my husband is more than pleased about.

Just keeping my fingers crossed that it will continue like this.

I know David this week as flown by, I am still listening to the tape you sent

and I have also got one or two more so I really am trying the relaxation thing.
