Well off to bed soon so I think I can safely say day 3 is done :) Day 4 took me out last time and again I'll be home alone all afternoon tomorrow so have to be on guard. I really don't want to keep doing the first 3 days yet again

At least this time I guess I'll be prepared ....

Find something to keep you busy. Hanging around on a quiet Sunday afternoon was a killer for me at the beginning!

Thanks for your support, Joanie and Helsbelles.

Seem to be in clumsy mode today, earlier spilt a cup of water over my phone and laptop  Don't know if this is a symptom of withdrawal or not!

Plenty to keep me busy today. Plenty of chores to do as always including a basketful of ironing:rolleyes:

I have also armed myself with some (hopefully good) books and sudoku)! :)

Keep it calm today JoC, you can beat Day 4 this time :)

It won't be long and you will have made a week, which for me was a psychological breakthrough.

My worst wobbles were on Days 4 & 8 and it would have been so easy to cave in and smoke.

What I kept in my head on those days was the thought that if I could beat the really bad craves I could beat any of them and as a result beat the smoking addiction.

Keep brushing your teeth when a bad crave hits - it worked for me.

Can't wait to read your post tomorrow telling us you are on Day 5 :D

Not what you're looking for?
