Ha ha I just realised that I went the whole day without wearing a patch .. and didn't even notice!
They are pretty small (5mg) and I was about to wean right off them so guess I already have :rolleyes:

If you forgot, I doubt you even need a patch any more.
Same happened to me in a previous quit, many years ago. By the 10th week out of the 12-week course I had forgotten once or twice, so I stopped bothering with the patch altogether after the 11th week.

Forgot until lunchtime a couple of times before but didn't want to chance the 5 o'clock stress-time .. but that came and went today.
If it wasn't for the fact that I had vivid dreams when I forgot to take them off at night ~ I would have thought that were in fact placebos! Just shows the power of thought.
Speaking of going with he flow, going to take my own advice and soak in long hot bath.
And yes, it feels very reassuring!
