Well, I am re visiting day 2 again. The replies to the anger thread did help me so thanks to all those who replied.
Still, hope life hasn't got too many unpleasant surprises up its sleeve for me in these early days (well ever really, but you know what I mean!) Tend to blame everything on lack of nicotine at the moment but my memory of my several month quit was that in the end I felt calmer and more control without smoking.
Feeling a bit restless but don't know if that is the quit or not. I've got some unpleasant chores to do this afternoon which I have kept putting off but it will keep me busy I guess!!!

That's so true Jo. I was exactly the same. But you really seem to have learned that one now, so hopefully this time will be plainer sailing.
I really admire you for getting back so quickly - that shows some real resolve and strength. You can do this.
Hi Jo! Good to see you trying again, and I really hope that this one turns out to be your Big Quit. I really admire your tenacity - you deserve this, and you have the insight and the strength to do it.
Wishing you the best of luck - in no time at all you will find your way back to that sense of calm.
