Well, I caved yesterday on day 4. 1st 3 days were pretty easy so day 4 really came and bit me with 4 days worth of cravings. I was alone in the house feeling bored and miserable and so ....

Anyway, every day no smoking is a bonus as far as I am concerned and today is going to be one of those days :p

Fourth day took me out too first round, I smoked two in the evening, went basck to the beginning and have made it into week four now! Keep a remembering what it was that caused you to smoke, and make sure you are ready for it this time! Take care and good luck!

Hi JO Welcome to quitting smoking and well done for stopping for a few days, I think its great when even one day is achieved . The thing is there will be days when your bored and miserble and days when your not, you just have to reach a point where you dont smoke whatever your feeling , remember ,everything passes, even the worst day in the world will pass. Quitting is for keeps and is something you do one day at a time, eventually the dots join up and a week has gone by then a month...As time goes by you end up demolishing those smoking triggers and all those smokes that make it all better, the truth is they dont, they just keep u hooked into the cycle of addiction, the only winners are the merchants and the taxmen, they love you, but only if you stay loyal and doped.

My main reason to quit was to escape those parasites who are actually drug dealers, just ask yourself ,do u ever hear of them being convicted in a court of law and having their assets taken from them ? nope, I wish u well with your quitting you just have to be ruthless. I personally wouldn t give the b***** an inch or the dirt from under my fingernails, its why im clean and getting my mojo back. ps find a good realistic reason to quit, give it a go and keep reminding yourself why your doing it.
