Incredibly technical, urgent, important question...

Okay, today I'm completing my 28th day of not smoking.

I know, I know. Gives me the vapors too.

So does that mean I'm completing my first month and I can move into the next room tomorrow?

Or do I have to wait two more days until I'm thirty days smoke free?

Or, perish the thought, do I have to wait until April 14, which is the calendar one-month anniversary of my quit date, to move?

See, I'm kind of bored here in Month 1. I'm antsy. I'm packed and ready to move.

When can I get the heck out of here and move on???

April 14 i am afraid lol. You are now in no mans land, nico demons everywhere and you have no allies:eek:. Run, hide, only the strongest make it to month 2, the rest are still in no mans land, trying to get out...........then again I could be talking total tosh, sounded good to me though. :D:D Either way, you are doing triffic, almost a full month....whoop whoop:D

Pout.

I do not like this no man's land.

I do not like this Smokestan.

I do not like it in the day,

I do not like it in any way.

I do not like it over night,

I do not like it at first light.

I do not like having to wait,

I do not like this too-cruel fate.

I am impressed:D

Haha DGee,

You just have to wait until Saturday like the rest of us for that honorary 1 month certification! (my gods we should be certified!)

Unless, to confuse the issue, you had your last cig on the Tuesday in anticipation of being smoke-free on 14th March ...

But very well done on 4 weeks smoke-free! :D

Well, as best I remember, my last cigarette was finished at about 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, the 13th, so that I would have a pure 24 hour quit day on the 14th. But I won't quibble. I shall wait for Saturday to make it official.

That was cutting it very close to the bone DGee!

Your wish is my command :D

You're doing great PLL86 :)

You are stronger than you think you are so just keep on keeping on.

There is a Penthouse suite already waiting with your name on the key.

Oh bugger, sorry to hear that PLL86. I'm sure you'll hear from one or two of the hares and maybe some will come back and try to quit again. I hope so! I felt like I had to quit the forum at a few points along the way. I was getting frustrated with the forum but I think I was mostly getting frustrated with myself but I was taking it out on others (I only realise this in hindsight). Sorry for anyone I did that to ! Anyways....I think sometimes a quit gets too much to handle and some have to "run away" as you put it. Hopefully they'll come back when they feel more chillaxed. Some may just have reached apoint where they felt the forum wasn't doing anything to help them and was actually making them think of smoking more. i don't know...the point is, I stuck around so maybe some of them will as well. Like Capitan says you are doing brilliantly....try and concentrate on your quit, this is whats impirtant! Although some hares have gone, some are still around. Focus on your little group and maybe some of the other bunnies will come bouncing back :)

All the best....keep on hopping.
