Thanks poppy i havent smoked just been chatting to my friend she said dont you dare give in im proud of u. So sucking on a lozenger. I know i musnt give in and i wont. Its just how im feeling not been out anywhere crappy weather. Im seeing my best friend tomorrow so at least i wont be at home. Take care poppy with your quit. Jacqui
